We serve as the Owner’s Engineer/PMC (Project Management Consultant) to represent the client’s interests and ensure projects are planned, contracted, and executed efficiently.

From initial planning and bankable DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) through procurement, construction and commissioning, our team provides end-to-end oversight. We review and approve designs, monitor construction quality, manage contractors, and verify performance at commissioning. Our unbiased guidance and rigorous management help projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting all technical and safety standards.
